BARBIE and Ken are no longer after Tyson Mayr was voted out of the South African jungle.

Underwear model Mayr was dubbed Ken of the I'm A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! camp to Anna Heinrich's Barbie because of his chiselled looks.

"It is all done, I feel good," he told hosts Julia Morris and Chris Brown after leaving the camp.

"It was an incredible experience from start to finish. I took more out of it than I ever expected and I'm happy to be out around chocolate and food again."

Mayr, 29, also a travel blogger, lasted five weeks in the jungle. His departure leaves Julie Goodwin, Merv Hughes, Barry Hall, Joel Creasey, Maureen McCormick, Chrissie Swan, Freddie Flintoff and Heinrich still in the camp.

A contestant will be voted off each night until Thursday this week until the grand final episode next Sunday.

"I think I have a greater appreciation of the little things," he said. "I've learnt to sort of slow down and not stress and over complicate everything."

Mayr was particularly close to American actor Maureen McCormick, famous for playing Marcia Brady on The Brady Bunch.

"I snuck a kiss in," he joked. "There was just something about her, she is so easy to talk to about anything. She is so entertaining, everything she does she comes alive but at the same time she is very deep and understanding."

He picked McCormick as a frontrunner to win the series, with Swan and Hall also favourites in his mind.

Mayr said he would call his family and girlfriend — The Bachelor's Lisa Hyde — as a priority after being kicked off the show.

Of losing weight in the five weeks he was on food rations, he said: "I lost eight or nine kilos in the first two or three weeks. I can feel it. Even now, I can feel myself getting smaller."
