CLIVE Palmer has stormed out of an interview on 7.30 after host Sarah Ferguson asked him questions relating to a legal battle with a former Chinese business partner.
Ms Ferguson had put it to the Palmer United Party leader that a deed that had recently been made public seemed to show that Mr Palmer had taken money set aside for a port venture and given it to a company associated with him, Media Circus Network.
The deed is at the centre of a Federal Court matter which is looking at whether Mr Palmer may have used funds set aside for the development of a port at Cape Preston in WA for his federal election campaign.
But Mr Palmer rejected the accusation, saying "It's a lie, everything you've just said is not true."
"There are no cases against me, there are no proceedings against me. There's no suggestion I've done anything wrong," he said.
"Don't talk to me about allegations and bullsh*t," he said when Ms Ferguson tried to press the issue, before announcing he was terminating the interview.
"I'm not discussing it any further with you madam ... it's subject to court proceedings — we're suing them for $600 million," he said.
Ms Ferguson tried to salvage the interview, saying there were questions he was prepared to answer earlier in the week, but Mr Palmer took out his earpiece and exited the studio.
"I'm not answering any more for you so goodbye, we'll see you later," he said.
Earlier in the interview Ms Ferguson grilled Mr Palmer about the PUP's decision to reject the government's Carbon Tax repeal bill in the Senate today.
