ACTOR and comedian Tracy Morgan is in a critical condition after a six car pileup in New Jersey.
Morgan was travelling in a limo bus when it overturned. One person died in the crash which happened early Saturday morning.
He was rushed to Robert Wood Johnson Medical Centre in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where he remains in intensive care, police have confirmed.
After a tough childhood living in the housing projects in the Bronx, Morgan performed comedy on the streets to make some extra cash. After the murder of a close friend, he dedicated himself to chasing his dream of becoming a comedian.
Morgan played Tracy Jordan on the American show 30 Rock and was a cast member of Saturday Night Live.
He has three children with his first wife of 23 years, Sabina, and a fourth child with his fiance, model Megan Wollover.
