Big Kev bows out, but how much did he lose?

THE heaviest Biggest Loser contestant in the show's history has been eliminated from the competition after finishing last in a gruelling challenge.

Day two of Super Challenge week proved too much for Big Kev, who was devastated to be booted on the spot after crossing the finish line in last place.

"I was disappointed that I came last because I didn't want to finish on that note," he said.

The 27-year-old exits the weight loss show 18 kilograms lighter than when he entered.

Kev made a surprise return to this season's series to have another stab at shedding the kilos from his former world-record-breaking 254.7kg frame.

Last season, he lost more than 55kg but was determined to crack his goal of losing more than 100kg. Kev also proposed to his girlfriend during a recent episode.

"The Biggest Loser gave me the kick start I needed and certainly helped me change my life — I'm looking forward to getting married, having a family and travelling," he said.

The shock eliminations didn't end with Kev during Tuesday's episode. Sharon and Jane both found themselves below the yellow line at weigh-in, and fellow contestants decided to send Jane, 42, home. She leaves the house 26kg lighter.

The Biggest Loser: Challenge Australia continues Wednesdays at 7.30pm and Fridays at 8.30pm on Ten.
