A young Sydney woman has died after being stabbed during a domestic dispute with a man she knew.

A man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his young pregnant girlfriend to death in Sydney's eastern beaches in the early hours of this morning.
Allira Green, 23, was found in a Maroubra unit with a stab wound to her chest by emergency services about 1.15 this morning after reports of a domestic dispute. She died at the scene.
Chris Andersen, 38, attended Maroubra Police Station shortly after midday with his lawyer and is assisting detectives with their inquiries over Ms Green's death.

It is believed Ms Green had formerly been in a romantic relationship with Mr Andersen but it is not known whether he was the father of the unborn baby.
On her Facebook page, Ms Green wrote of being exited about the impending birth of her baby boy: "nothing will bring me down from this high I'm on koz IM HAVING A BOYYYY!!!!!"
A crime scene has been established and homicide squad detectives and a forensic unit have been investigating the scene.
Two other young Sydney women were stabbed this week, one fatally.
A police strike force has been established to investigate the stabbing murder of a 28-year-old woman who was attacked at a unit at Kyeemagh in Sydney's south on Thursday evening.
She was taken to St George Hospital where she died from stab wounds to her stomach.
Investigators are looking at whether the murder is linked to the stabbing of a 30-year-old woman at Westmead on Thursday night.
She was stabbed once in the stomach and is in a serious but stable condition in Westmead Hospital.
Police say she is speaking to detectives about the Kyeemagh murder.
